I just use for a week and can see that my skin is fairer and manage lose some fats on my waist. Paired with some exercise and proper diet. Flavour wise i love it so much. Delivery very fast, it arrive earlier than the timing given. Overall so happy with it.

I cant rate on the effectiveness as this is the only/first protein whey I’ve taken in my life, and i have no comparison to make. However, flavour wise its a very delicious strawberry milk flavour and easy to drink. It is not 100% soluble when stirred or shaken. It is best to use a hand blender to mix it well.
