Bought this together with Titan Whey. Peach flavour is my all time favourite but sometimes i go for guava to have some variation. Have yet to try the Pomegranate. Drank 1 scoop of this Titan Burn 15 to 30 minutes before a good evening workout of about 1 hour or so, then drank 500mL with 2 scoops of Titan Whey post workout. It made me so full and tired i didn’t need to even consider eating dinner. Wake up the following day everytime feeling fresh. Skipped breakfast and have my One Meal A Day (OMAD) for lunch and cut out sugar drinks. 1 month has passed with the same regime and honestly no weight loss but my physique definitely improved. Which means Fats turned to Muscle 🙂 Outlook, cheeks less chubby, jawline starting to come out, flatter belly and slimmer looking waist. Generally I look fitter and feel better. Alhamdulillah for these results! Shall continue this journey and whoever is reading this and try following this regime, do leave your review as well after 1 month.
